Icefields Parkway, Jasper, Banff & Maligne Lake Shuttle Tours

1. Booking & Payment

• Contract formation: Full payment for the tour is required no later than 30 days before the departure date. The booking contract is formally established once payment has been confirmed. If payment is not received by the deadline, we are unable to hold your reservation.
• Transaction fees: If payment is made by credit card and the booking is later cancelled or refunded due to personal reasons, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

To protect both parties, cancellation or change requests must be submitted during our business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Requests received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Refunds are calculated based on the number of days before the departure date as follows:

• 30 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour fee will be refunded.
• 14 days or more before departure: 30% of the total tour fee will be refunded.
• Within 13 days of departure (including the departure day): No refund will be issued.

3. Liability Statement & Traveller Information

• Itinerary adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary content or order due to local traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.
• Force majeure: In the event of natural disasters, flight delays or cancellations, or other force majeure events that prevent participation or shorten the itinerary, the original tour fee will still apply per the contract.
• Safety & insurance: Travellers are responsible for safeguarding their own valuables and cash during the tour; we are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Travel activities carry inherent risks — please assess your health condition and consider purchasing personal travel insurance.
• Transport guidelines: Vehicles will be arranged based on the number of participants on the day. When boarding the tour vehicle, please queue in order of arrival to keep the itinerary running smoothly.
